Minimizing environmental impact — improving lives and communities.
It’s essential for us all to do everything we can to preserve natural habitats, local environments and the people and cultures that live where we travel — minimizing our footprint — while maximizing the quality and character of experience. Here are examples of just a few of the proactive things we do to make a real difference:
- Biannual, two-year print collection catalog (paper/mail savings)
- EU Eco-label paper / soy-based inks (print catalog, color pages)
- Recycled paper, FSC-Certified (print catalog, single color pages
- Complete catalog, full itineraries and details available online at: www.coxandkingsusa.com
- Monthly e-newsletters — the primary way we stay connected with our community of agents, clients and partners
- We facilitate meaningful ways of giving back — leveraging our deep roots to connect our clients with precisely the cause that they feel is most worthy.

An inspirational approach to travel, Hôtel de la Paix, in Siem Reap, offers programs that support the revival of Cambodia’s arts, culture and people through customized community-based activities such as rice sponsorship, education and mentoring.
Sabyinyo Silverback Lodge is a world-class lodge built by Governors’ Camp in partnership with the African Wildlife Foundation and its partner in Rwanda, the International Gorilla Conservation Program.
