Mongolia's Nadaam Festival
Experience the biggest Mongolian festival of the year—from the grand opening ceremonies at the country's largest Naadam in Ulaanbaatar to the more provincial Naadam festival in the Gobi. The yearly celebrations begin July 11 this year, and bring out a fun, but competitive spirit in Mongolians. Watch expert horse racing, archery, and wrestling—traditional sports very dear to Mongolians of all ages. Food, music, and dancing add to the celebrations of this centuries-old festival.
We are holding a very limited amount of deluxe lodging, including the Three Camel Lodge, and the Ulaanbaatar Hotel, which is situated on the city's central square.
